“Selecting appropriate tools for supply chain challenges: with BISCM Supply chain toolcube”

There are many tools used in supply chain. But Not all of them are used frequently or not effective. From BISCM we have identified those effective tools used industry-wide…there we conducted a survey among only BISCM professionals and Identified those tools. After survey of 108 tools. we found 84 tools are effective. The training will show: how to utilize those tools to solve industry problems.

Training Contents:
– Understanding Supply Chain Activities & Challenges
– Root Cause Analysis of your Supply chain problems – Tools available to design the solutions & descriptions
– Matching Problems and use of tools for solution.
– Use ‘BISCM Supply Chain ToolCube’ to Fine Tune the tools required and application guideline

Based on the research conducted, from hypothesis 97 tools tested and 9 tools suggested from respondents and tested again in total 108 tools from survey. These 108 tools then tested statistically above and found 84 tools found statistically viable. These 84 tools are found from 16 supply chain areas.

To represent these 84 tools we choose Rubik’s cube. In 4×4=16 blocks of Rubik’s cube we can represent 16 areas of supply chain. In 4×4 cube, there are 96 blocks. We placed our 84 tools of supply chain in the 4×4 Cube, we can call it ‘Supply chain toolCube’.
